What can you do at Traction?

We offer the same services as one of those giant clubs but in a convenient and accessible format. We offer group classes, Personal Training, nutritional counseling and tanning. You don’t have to travel across town or fight over the treadmill to experience first class fitness. And you have access to all of this 24 hours every day.

What equipment do we offer?

We equip our fitness centers with the very best equipment in the industry, and we don’t leave anything out.  So whether you spend most of your time on the cardio equipment, doing a quick circuit workout, or lifting heavy, you can do it all at Traction. 

• Full circuit of Life Fitness Signature Series machines
• Five different types of cardio equipment complete with personal entertainment on each unit
• Hammer Strength, Free weight benches and dumbbells to 100lbs.

What is our gym like?

Our location at the Shoppes at Davis Lake is 4,000 square feet and features cardio, strength training, free weights, a group exercise room, full service locker rooms and showers, two tanning rooms, and a core training and stretching area.
